FOUNDED 2002 YEAR OF THE CENTENARY

Ecologia Aplicada journal is a genuine means of expression of the science of Ecology for Peruvian and foreign researchers, the concept of this journal brings together all the main characteristics to fulfill the function of scientific communication: quality, registration for protection of copyright, to the knowledge revealed with the results of the investigation and the archiving function related to the storage and accessibility that ensure the stability of the information. It constitutes a space for discussion and publication of the progress of scientific or technical works in Ecology and environmental problems that can be disclosed as original articles, scientific notes and review articles, which are submitted to peer review and peer review. Articles submitted for publication are original reports, which have not been published in any other means of communication, and which will not be nor have they been sent for publication to any other medium.

It offers the opportunity to publicize our scientific activity and the application of science in Peru and other Latin American countries and at the same time evaluate the research activity of the authors who publish their results in it.

The dissemination of new knowledge in this magazine is based on its objectives: basic science that contributes to the progress of universal knowledge and applied science, with more emphasis, whose results are aimed at solving local problems. There are no limitations on the subject, the articles will be published as long as they are related to the science of Ecology.

Various modalities have been designed to communicate information in ECOLOGIA APLICADA: Scientific Articles, Scientific Notes and Reviews.

Publication frequency: 1 Annual volume with two semi-annual issues.

All the content of this magazine, except where it is identified, is under a Licencia Creative Commons.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available and free of charge to the user or their institution. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or author. Provided that reference is made to the Applied Ecology Magazine. This is in accordance with the definition of open access Budapest (BOAI, 2002).

The personal data of the authors that are requested with the presentation of the manuscript are treated exclusively for the purpose of the editing process. They will not be used for other purposes, such as commercial ones.

Copyright is guaranteed by the Law of Legal Deposit 26905 of Peru: Saves and disseminates the bibliographic heritage of the country nationally and internationally. The magazine has: Made the legal deposit with the registry 2002-5474 of the National Library of Peru, every year we send 10 printed copies to the National Library of Peru according to the law.
 

The protection of copyright, and the knowledge revealed by research, are also ensured by the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN 1726-2216) registry for the printed version.
