Registration

The registration desk at the congress avenue will be open between 25 – 28 August 2008 by 08:00 am in the morning.  The participants who have not pre-registered can register by applying to the On-Side Registration Desk during the congress.

Registration fee includes

Full Registration: Participation in all scientific meetings and exhibition, a copy of the Conference Proceedings issued by the ISHS, Hydroponics tour, coffee breaks and lunch during the meeting, welcome cocktail, congress bag and  name badge, final program and abstract book, certificate of attendance

Students: Participation in all scientific meetings and exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch during the meeting,  Hydroponics tour, congress bag and  name badge, final program, abstract book, certificate of attendance

Accompanying Person: Welcoming cocktail, coffee breaks during the meeting, Hydroponics tour, Lima City-Tour.

Methods of Payment

Payments for registration can be made by one of the following methods. Please indicate your method of payment on registration form and return it to Organization Secretariat on line or by post / fax.
Please send your credit card information and signature by fax instead of e-mail for your security.

Congress registration will be guaranteed when the Committee Organization receives the completed form with payment receipt by mail or fax. Please transfer the required amount to the bank account indicated below:

Cancellaction Policy

All cancellations must be received by the congress secretariat in writing via fax or  e-mail. Cancellations before 15 July 2008, will be US $ 80 deducted from the refund. Cancellations between 15 July – 15 August 2008 will be % 50 refunded. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 15 August 2008.
