BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Please contact us by e-mail to: info@grantour.com.pe when you would like to request a booking with some of the mentioned hotels. By sending us the e-mail, a reply with the booking confirmation will be sent. (hotel’s confirmation are subject availability)
- In order to confirm the reservation of the tourist services, it is necessary for the participant of the symposium pay the total price, within a period of ten (10) days following the acceptance of the tourist program.
- The advance payment is requested to guarantee and confirm the availability either in hotels, with regard to the transportation and other tourist services. In the event that the above-mentioned advance payment is not cancelled, GRANTOUR PERU S.A. reserves the right to modify the tourist program offered with respect to the price and services (hotels, transportation, etc.).
It is necessary the payment of the total price in US $ dollars (which it does not include the bank commissions) as the following method:
