Exhibition Area
An area is allocated in the lateral rooms of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina Auditorium during the symposium so that the companies can exhibit and offer their products.
Conference Formal Language
The formal language of the conference will be English and Spanish. There will be simultaneous translation.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will be awarded with a certificate of attendance on August 28, 2008
Currency / Banking
The local currency is NUEVO SOL (S/.). Foreign currency can be exchanged at the airport, banks, hotels and exchange offices. Bank business hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00. Saturday: 09:00-13:00. Banks are closed on, Sunday and public holidays.

Registration and Information Desk
Registration and information desk will be open the day before the beginning of the Symposium (August 24th) and during the first day of the Symposium.
Weather
In August we are on winter. The most days are cloudy but rains in Lima are non existent; the relative humidity is high, approximately 90-95%. We can expect to have mild temperatures. In August the minimum and maximum temperature in Lima are 14°C and 20°C respectively. In La Molina some days show solar bright. We recommend you to bring clothes like jackets, sweaters or coats.

Transportation
All participants who have notified Gran Tour Peru, the official travel agency of the Symposium, between 25 – 28 August, 2008 will be provided a three way service (airport-hotel-congress-hotel-airport). This service is included within the accommodation package that offers Grantour Peru. Please contact Grantour Peru for flight changes, if informed before 48 hours to arrival the service will be planned accordingly.

For those citizens from countries that require visa to visit Peru, please contact to the Symposium Secretariat (delfín@lamolina.edu.pe and/or milichang@lamolina.du.pe) as soon as possible to send them an official invitation letter.
In those countries where there isn´t a Peruvian embassy or consulate, they must to apply for the visa in a neighbour Peruvian Embassy Representation to their country. They must write to the Peruvian Consular Representation and ask for the requirements to get the visa. The documents will be sent by certificate air post and then the passport with the visa will give back to the original place. By Air: Lima has a spacious modern airport (Jorge Chávez International Airport) served by direct international flights.
